By browsing the website or applying to join the network via the available forms, the user and the organization they represent fully and unreservedly accept these terms. If you do not agree with any of the conditions, you must discontinue access to the website.

Member organizations of the Ocean Network commit to:

• Good Faith: Interact with other network members in an ethical manner, respecting the principles of European cooperation.

• Relationships Among Members: The Coordinating Entity is not responsible for conflicts, breaches of contract, or unsuccessful partnerships that occur among network members outside the direct scope of the platform’s management.
• Technical Availability: We do not guarantee that the website will operate without interruptions or errors, although we make every effort to maintain it.
